With a background as a consulting psychologist and 20 years experience facilitating individual, team and organisational culture transformation Kerrie knows the value of the relationship between individual achievement and organisational success. Organisational transformation cannot take place without individual transformation.
Prior to her consulting role Kerrie held leadership roles in private, public and not for profit organisations.
Kerrie has led assignments in the areas of Organisational Culture Change; Development of Leadership Capabilities; Navigation of complex relationships through Mergers and Acquisitions; Assessment of impact and implementation of revised Leadership and Performance Management systems. She is well recognised internationally for her contribution to the field of Conflict Resolution.
Kerrie’s most recent focus has been on Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Team Alignment and Conflict Management
